Since purchasing the property in December 2008 we have spent a lot of time and effort to achieve the look and feel that we wanted, updating the furnishings, entertainment systems and art work. We aim to progressively update the property at the end of each season making sure that your holiday experience is one that you will want to repeat. This property has been let through Blue Chip Vacations for some years and already has a lot of repeat bookings, we hope the regulars enjoy the improvements. We are very much "hands on" landlords and welcome any suggestions and views from our guests. Our long term aim is to acquire more quality self- catering homes in Devon and offer a second to none holday experience for the 21st century.

Following the acquisition of Pump Street in 2009, this year we have added another property to our holiday homes portfolio. 38 Moorings Reach is a 4 bedroom, 4 storey town house. With views from the two upper floors of the harbour and out to sea. The principle bedrooms have comfortable kingsize and super kingsize beds set in restful colour schemes, whilst the other two bedrooms are furnished with jaunty red, white and blue 'New England' themes.
