The views from the balcony are amazing, looking over the marina and out to sea. It's the ideal place for a quick city life detox or, if you're touring the area it makes an excellent and luxurious base to return to at the end of the day.

Since purchasing the property in December 2008 we have spent a lot of time and effort to achieve the look and feel that we wanted, updating the furnishings, entertainment systems and art work. We aim to progressively update the property at the end of each season making sure that your holiday experience is one that you will want to repeat. This property has been let through Blue Chip Vacations for some years and already has a lot of repeat bookings, we hope the regulars enjoy the improvements. We are very much "hands on" landlords and welcome any suggestions and views from our guests. Our long term aim is to acquire more quality self- catering homes in Devon and offer a second to none holday experience for the 21st century.

Pump Street Mews is our latest venture and we're really excited about the way it's taking shape. Starting with a clean canvas, so to speak, we have been able to give this a "Nautical" theme featuring work by local artists such as Paul Barclay, Chris Slack and Nicky Stevenson.
